I am Enough exactly as I am

From the moment we are born we are being told how to be, how not to be, what to do, what not to do and a million other suggestions and instructions from parents, siblings, teachers and more – all making us feel that we aren’t enough as we are.

This can work well for a time because it propels us forward to be more, do more, achieve more but when does that stop? If you are now programmed to be more of this or less of that, then this continues to run subconsciously for the rest of your life - even though you may have achieved even more than you expected. It’s never enough and you constantly raise the bar. On the downside, you may just give up because there was ‘no way’ you could be that or achieve that and could well be ignoring what you are good at.
