Often when we have negative experiences as a child, the memories stay with us. These memories replay in the subconscious and can create negative behaviour, limitations, lack of confidence and restrict who we allow ourselves to be in the world. They become a part of us and we start to believe we are what we ‘think’.

In Part 1 of this unique 2 part workshop you will learn to help a child navigate their emotions through play. In Part 2 you will take your own unique healing Journey into your Inner Child.

Part 1 – Learn FTT4KIDZ

Help kids tell their story – FTT4KIDZ is an amazing system that helps children deal with their emotions so they grow into happy, confident people. Navigate a child’s emotional experience on a journey through a set of specially developed FTT4KIDZ cards. Learn how the child ‘feels’, gain an understanding of their situation. Help them learn how to help themselves through the choices that they make.

Part 2 – Journey to your Inner Child

Jaz Goven, the creator of Fast Track Technique and now FTT4KIDZ invites you to take a Fast Track journey back to your inner child where hurt, pain, abandonment, and suffering may have been experienced. Many of these experiences are still alive and kicking in your subconscious. Release ‘them’ along with ‘their’ limitations and inhibitions. Reprogram yourself with how you want to ‘feel’ and ‘be’ in the world.

Your inner child may be 3, 5, 7, older or younger. No matter what the age those memories and the pain is still very real and vibrating 24/7. In this unique workshop, you will journey to meet your inner child, you're wounded, abandoned or forgotten child and release the pain remembered all these years
