Conflict happens when family members have different views or beliefs that clash. Sometimes conflict occur when people misunderstand each other and jump to conclusion. Issues of conflict that are not resolved peacefully can lead to arguments and resentment and create separation within immediate and extended family.
Conflict is normal but ongoing conflict can be stressful and damaging to relationships and can create negative patterns in behaviour disrupting the flow and harmony of family life.
