What are You choosing to hide?

Many of us spend our lives trying not to be judged, rejected or criticized. We shrink ourselves, play safe and keep the best parts of who we are hidden or controlling who can see them and when. Does this feel familiar?

I know this 'story' and it's an old and very sad one. Fortunately once I recognized it I could Fast Track it into something more useful. AND how good does this feel?
