Beyond Broken is Beyond Exciting and Beyond any other workshop you have done to date. That’s a BIG MASSIVE HUGE statement and I believe this to be true having just finished my own Beyond Broken Journey. Yes, I do all this work on myself first so I ‘know’ what I’m talking about.

Often when we start off on our spiritual path, our journey of self-discovery, we find that which isn’t what we want to be, feel or do and we start to put it ‘right’? These first steps are necessary for us to understand that this ‘brokenness’ isn’t us. It’s programs, responses and behaviour patterns. As we start to unravel this ball of string we get excited and start looking for more brokenness to fix.

What if you have done all you need to do and there is nothing more to fix?

What if you are fixed enough and are ready to move beyond broken?

Many people ask me “When does this end?” And the answer is ‘When you are Ready’.

When you stop looking for ‘broken’ the universe will stop giving you broken. It’s that simple.

May 31st Beyond Broken – Emotional

We are emotional 'beings' and in the old paradigm our attention was taken up with negative emotions. Our subconscious naturally leans towards the more intense feelings which tend to be dark, negative and heavy. Let's change the focus of this by releasing that way of being and replacing it with how we want to 'feel' and reprogram ourselves with love, happiness and joy or something even better.

June 14th Beyond Broken – Mental

Our thoughts create our beliefs and our beliefs create our reality. In this episode we investigate and release those limiting, negative, restricting thoughts and beliefs to move Beyond Broken and reprogram ourselves with positive, nurturing, healing thoughts and a new way of 'thinking' about ourselves and our lives.

June 28th Beyond Broken – Spiritual

Integrating all that is, all we have learned, connecting with who we are at our core and allowing that to be enough.

July 12th Beyond Broken – Physical

Our bodies are messengers and often present physical symptoms to us to get our attention. In this section we investigate the messages our bodies are attempting to give us and what we don't want to hear.

July 26th Beyond Broken – The Broken Child

Connecting to and healing that younger broken part of you who is holding on to the past and an old way of being. Often this part is just doing what he/she is doing because that is all he/she knows how to do. Once identified this 'part' will let go of 'that' way of being and allow you to move Beyond Broken.
